Books to Movie/TV

I've read Stephen King's "The Dark Tower" is going forth as both a Movie Trilogy AND a TV show! That should be amazing. Also, Neil Gaimon's "Sandman" is also going to be presented in a TV format. The screen writers will really have their jobs cut out for them!!
